RENDER UNTO GOD THE THINGS THAT ARE GOD'S

It's good to be back home! I want to thank Scott Ledbetter for watching the forum while I was out and and for sharing his blessed knowledge of the LORD with us. I'd also like to thank my readers and all my loved ones for their prayers in granting me a safe and profitable journey. THANKYOU.

I had a wonderful time with my parents and my immediate family back out at the cabin. I spent two days camping there before heading to the big city and one more evening and a day there before heading homeward, into the Northern Alberta Gateway. Mom and I did some shopping together in one of the smaller cities for baby things. She was a great help in this respect as many good grandmothers are. When I was in Edmonton I met up with my two sisters at my father's house and greeted my eldest daughter who had just arrived from the Edmonton airport with her aunt after completing an adventurous mission in beautiful British Columbia. It sure was nice to hug her again. Soon after, everyone at Dad's house parted ways and my father and I found ourselves on our own again.

Dad and I had a wonderful time touring the city, shopping for supplies and studying the Bible together. I also had the opportunity to meet a few of his good friends of the biblical persuasion at some of his more favorite haunts in the city of Edmonton. Nearly all of these kind gentlemen were my elders (save one) but I felt quite at home with them all the same. In fact, I found this particular experience delightful and especially enjoyed chatting with a gentleman named Harold who was very knowledgable regarding the NWO and biblical prophecy. What an honour it was for me to sit and discuss the Bible with my father's friends! Another very interesting man was 82 years old, clear as crystal, and played the harmonica as though he were born with a harp in his mouth. His name was Harvey.

Sometimes Dad and I would listen to sermons that he had recorded in his spare time and some of these were very good. Late in the evening we both played music on the harmonica. Dad also gave me some quick lessons in effectively playing the harmonica (which he is very skilled at playing) and he also gave me a very nice little harmonica just to get me started. Now I can almost play the full version of JESUS LOVES ME on harmonica without interuption whereas before I played no musical instrument; but only sang. I soon discovered that my younger daughter, Abigail, loves the sound of the harmonica and she doesn't mind at all if Daddy makes a mistake. What a blessed time we all had! GOD sure is good. Dad and I also did some yard work together and we had many conversations about GOD and the wonder and wisdom of His grace. GOD has blessed me indeed.

Generally, I find that older people rarely change their minds about things and just like most folks, they often need to be humbled before they come to see the light. My father is 71 years old. After years of studying scripture together he concluded that it is not a sin for a man to have more than one wife; but he also warned me that I could never hope to change the world with this knowledge — even if it is the truth. Dad gently reminded me that the world is conformed only to the wisdom of this world and that only true worshipers are conformed to the wisdom of GOD. He intimated to me that it isn't likely that I would win many converts to Christ, telling them that a man may have more than one wife, because their thoughts are yet carnal. I agree with him, but I still cannot change my position regarding what the LORD GOD called out of His Own Mouth, "two wives". The truth is the truth and sadly, we have all been lied to from the pulpit in this generation. Now I have no love for lies and the father of it; but I both fear and love what thus saith the LORD. GOD called it "two wives" — no more, no less.

I rejoice in the knowledge that my father embraces his second daughter in law with the same respect and regard that he granted to his first. All in all, my journey was a wonderful experience and I look forward to the family reunion out at my mother's cabin where my parents will be celebrating my younger daughter's birthday and mine as Abigail was born only six days before my birthday in July. So once again, I will be gone from the internet for another week in July, likely taking it to the streets and the backwoods while playing my harmonica in the blessed name of JESUS. Yes, Jesus loves me. Summer is always busy in Northern Canada because it does not last long before those cold winds return again. Once winter is here again (up here it begins in September) I'll be rolling up my sleeves as usual and continuing with my book and my web pages according to the tender mercies and loving kindnesses of the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY.

May JESUS, the Only Wise GOD, bless you and your house in the precious knowledge of FULL BIBLE TRUTH

It is good to hear glad tidings. And the above picture is beautiful as well. You and your family are in our prayers daily.

That picture was taken outside of Edson when I went on a family vacation. The back roads along the Forestry Trunk Road can produce some breath taking views. One wonders how beautiful nature must have been before the first curse came to this planet.
